User Agreement:

By using this site to sell or buy programs you agree to the following terms and conditions.  You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this document.  These terms may be amended at any time and you are still obliged to follow them.

Payments for selling your programs will be made via either PayPal or check.  Checks may take several weeks to process and you must provide your name and address to receive them.

You are responsible for any taxes that you owe for the income from your programs.  Taxes will not be deducted from your sale.

You will be charged a total of when you post a program on the site.  However, you will not be charged for submitting a program for review.  11% of the profit from each sale will also be deducted; you will receive the remaining 89%.

You must be legally able to sell the program that you post on this site.  Material protected by a copy write may not be submitted to this site unless the person who submits it is the owner.  If you submit any material that is illegal to distribute, you will be held responsible if it is sold on this site.

You may not submit programs that contain malicious code.  The person who submits a program will be held responsible for any damage it may cause to the website or other users’ computers.
